With the growing amount of technology some individuals forget the importance of the tone of your message. For instance, sending messages to clients/customers in all CAPS SEEMS LIKE YOU ARE SCREAMING. Not answering voicemail or emails in a timely manner sends a tone that you don't care. Or they aren't important enough. Just remember when talking to anyone be courteous, kind and helpful. Have a wonderful day everyone!

Xenia Fabres Hello Everyone, I am excited to have joined this chamber. I met Heidi at LVBNM and she is just great! I can tell you it has been great for the last couple months as business is growing and finally getting our own website off the ground. It is hard when you are putting the client's before our own needs. However, that challenge has been conquered. Now we have a stronger team then ever and ready to continue to grow. Referral's and word of mouth is the key to getting continuos business. I hope everything has been going great for everyone. :)
